    Mabel specializes in storytelling, product development, and strategic positioning, making her a trusted advisor for ambitious founders and C-Suite executives building culture-driven brands & programs with experience scaling products successfully nationwide into Walmart, Target and CVS stores nationwide.     Chantel is an accomplished executive leader with 19+ years managing large-scale global production, sourcing, and supply chain operations for high-growth, celebrity-driven brands — most notably as Vice President of Sourcing & Production for Savage X Fenty.

    Chantel’s deep expertise in production, cost structure, vendor partnerships, and global calendar management makes her the operational backbone of the advisory group — essential for any brand that needs real manufacturing discipline and scalable processes. In her spare time, Chantel is the co-owner of an indie apparel and accessories brand based in Los Angeles.

    Violet is a seasoned global payroll and systems integration executive with deep expertise in transforming complex, multi-country operations into streamlined, compliant infrastructures.

    With an MBA in Finance and experience across fashion, aerospace, and multinational organizations, she has led payroll in 20+ countries and implemented ADP Global View and Workday. She drives efficiency, ensures compliance, and strengthens accuracy and employee satisfaction, making her a critical partner for ambitious brands scaling globally today. On her spare time, is the owner of a food catering business and has vended at Los Angeles’ Taste of Soul (300K annual attendees), among other large-scale community events.
